Attached you will find two (2) 22" x 34" full size sets and two (2) 11" x 17" half size
sets of Preliminary Plans for the referenced project for your review, The plans have
been prepared to reflect your comments on the schematic submittal as well as
resolutions from our meetings over the past few months, Please note that the plans
do not include construction sequencing sheets or pavement marking plans, We are
still finalizing those items and anticipate bnnglng ttlem to our meeting on October
28th
The plans are not one hundred percent complete and there are still some issues to
be resolved, It is our intent to prepare list of questions and discussion items to send
to you early next week along with our Preliminary Opinion of Probable Cost One of
those items will be an alternate four-lane asphalt transition at SH 121 in lieu of the
two-lane transition shown in the plans,
