n Discussed with our surveyor tactics to alleviate survey datum issues in matching to
Transystems's field survey.
n Began water line placement and limits along Coppell and Bethel roads.
n Freese and Nichols, Inc. will be utlitizing the geotechnical services of Terra Mar, Inc.
instead of our in-house group. Terra Mar, Inc. is tentatively schedured to begin geotechnical
explorations on Oct. 20, 2003.
Tasks and deliverables for the next two weeks:
n Water Surface Profile of Grapevine Creek.
n Roadway cross sections in bridge area to illustrate impacts on adjacent property.
n Revised downtown layout.

Here is a report on our progress to dote on the Bethel I~oad II project. I am also sending the input
and output files of the Dowdy Anderson (effective) model along with the technical memo that
summarizes our activities and processes, for your records.
