upcoming projects, I will let you know when and we can incorporate the Sandy Lake Road into the

In one of your recent emails you menlioned something about project
construclion update for utility companies, Do you all have ongoing
correspondence or meetings with all of the ulility companies? The reason I
am asking is that we will be needing to set up one and possibly two utility
coordination meelings with the utilities in the area and if the City meets
with them on a regular basis, maybe it would be best to incorporate the
utility coordinalion for this project in with those meelings or
