Based on our prior conversations the City of Coppell offers the following: 1. The acquisition of a permanent Irrigation Only Easement of 1,041 square feet for a purchase price of $2.00 / square foot. 2. The prohibition of the usage of the Irrigation Only Easement by any utility company in the future, with the exception of the existing City of Coppell irrigation line.
