Dear Mr. Dobecka:
Thank you for discussing the encroachment of the irrigation line on your property and the potential
resolution by virtue of the dedication of an Irrigation Only Easement.
Based on our prior conversations the City of Coppell offers the following:
1. The acquisition of a permanent Irrigation Only Easement of 1,041 square feet for a purchase
price of $2.00 / square foot.
2. The prohibition of the usage of the Irrigation Only Easement by any utility company in the
future, with the exception of the existing City of Coppell irrigation line.
Total 1,041 SF x $2.00 = $2,082.00
If this offer is agreeable to you, please sign below, return to the City and it will be processed for
payment. After processing the check, a mutually agreeable time to meet to notarize the document
in exchange for the check will be scheduled.
