In response to item #1 on the attached letter received from you, Valley Ranch Baptist
Church will assume responsibility for replanting landscaping in the 10' drainage
easement in the event of repair of the existing reinforced concrete box. Please consider
this document your requested "letter of understanding."
Your immediate attention to these matters is essential. The time involved in this
communication regarding landscaping the City itself required to be placed in this
location is costing us real dollars. Thank you for immediate action.
