At the September 23, 2003 City Council meeting, the referenced project was awarded to your finn.
Enclosed with this letter are three original contract documents and Change Order #1 for the sodding
on the postal facility property. Please execute the three originals of each document; provide the
required bonds and return two of the originals to the Engineering Department. One of the copies of
each document is for your file.
The inspector on this project will be Garreth Campbell. To schedule a preconstmction conference
