In order to select and support any of the alternatives, I need information which I have not yet seen in the press. I would appreciate answers to the following items. 1) What are the EMS values at ground level and 20 feet south of the north residental property lines under the following circumstances: a) present 69KV transmission line b) proposed 138KV line in roadway median c) relocation of the proposed 138KV line further south under option 1 (per Citizen's Advocate, 9/9/94) d) if the 138KV line were buried 2.) How much further south would the poles be located under option 1 and a) how much land would be taken from homeowners b) what criteria would be used to compensate for the land taken. c) what is the estimated cost to the city for this aquisition. 3) What is the estimated total cost to the city to implement option 47 Sincerely
