City of Coppell

Dear Mr. Griffin:
I live at 100 Raven Lane and will be one of the most
affected home owners depending on which of the options is chosen
for the placement of T U's upgraded transmission line along
Sandy Lake Road.
In order to select and support any of the alternatives,
I need information which I have not yet seen in the press.
I would appreciate answers to the following items.
1) What are the EMS values at ground level and 20 feet south
of the north residental property lines under the following
circumstances:
a) present 69KV transmission line
b) proposed 138KV line in roadway median
c) relocation of the proposed 138KV line further south
under option 1 (per Citizen's Advocate, 9/9/94)
d) if the 138KV line were buried
2.) How much further south would the poles be located under
option 1 and
a) how much land would be taken from homeowners
b) what criteria would be used to compensate for the land
taken.
c) what is the estimated cost to the city for this
aquisition.
3) What is the estimated total cost to the city to implement
option 47
Sincerely
