Re: Road Widening of Bethel School Road
Dear Mr. Hager:
My client requested that I contact you regarding the documents that the City of
Coppell has sent to modify the access of the post office onto Bethel School
Road. I would respectfully request that that agreement be modified to make the
City responsible for the resodding as well as the paving of the project. My client
takes the position that this entire project is for the benefit of the City, and,
therefore, we should not have to pay for the resodding or the paving. We will, of
course, agree to maintain the new sod once it is in place.
