Dear Mr. Avidano:
This letter is written to inquire of the status of the interiocal agreement between the USPS and the City
of Coppell which will allow us to modi~ the ingress/egress at the postal facility at 450 S. Denton Tap
Road. In June 2003 the interlocal agreement was forwarded to you to be processed for execution.
On May 13, 2003 bids were opened for the reconstruction of Bethel School Road at Denton Tap
Road. At this point, the project is on hold for the award of the construction contract until such time as
the interlocal agreement is executed and returned to us.
If you have any questions about the document please give me a call. If not, please let me know when
we can expect to receive the executed documents.
