Teague Nail & Perkins, Inc. is currently working on the schematic design for the above
referenced project. In an effort to determine the impact of existing utilities, we request that
you review the attached locator map and indicate whether or not any of your existing
utilities fall within the anticipated construction areas. If your records show that you have
existing facilities within the affected sites, please provide us with a copy of your utility maps
for each of the areas.
If at all possible, I would like to have this information from you by June 15 in order to
prepare the schematic plans and report that will be presented to the City. Please call me

Thank you for assisting us in obtaining information on the fiber optic line that runs along
Sandy Lake Road and then south along Royal Lane. We have added this information to
our topographic survey data and have enclosed a map of this information. Please review
the information in the map and determine if the existing utility information has been shown
correctly. Please note that we have reflected the proposed roadway improvements in the
drawings in an effort to determine any potential utility conflicts. We will continue to
complete the schematic design plans and submit this to the City.

Carol,
This shows the limits of the project and the proposed improvements to
each section. Please note that we are designing the Royal Lane
improvements as well. This will include the addition of the other 2
southbound lanes to complete the roadway section. This mayor may not
affect the TouchAmerica 144 fiber-optic cable in this area. Please provide
me any information you have on this line. Any information you can give
me now will help so that we can show this on the plans we are preparing.
