Dear Mr. Kearney:
Teague Nail & Perkins, Inc. is currently working on the schematic design for the above
referenced project. In an effort to determine the impact of existing underground utilities,
we request that you review the attached locator maps and indicate, in writing, whether or
not any of your existing utilities fall within the anticipated construction areas. If your
records show that you have existing facilities within the affected sites, please provide us
with a copy of your utility maps for each of the areas, or prepare a marked-up copy of the
locator maps accurately depicting your facilities.
If at all possible, I would like to have this information from you by June 13 in order to
prepare the schematic plans and report that will be presented to the City. Please call me

Thank you for sending us the Southwestern Bell facilities maps for the area along Sandy
Lake Road from SH 121 to Denton Tap Road. We have added this information to our
topographic survey data and have enclosed a map of this information. Please review the
information in the map and determine if the existing utility information has been shown
correctly. Please note that we have reflected the proposed roadway improvements in the
drawings in an effort to determine any potential utility conflicts. We will continue to
complete the schematic design plans and submit this to the City.
