The City is in the process of acquiring land rights necessary for the construction of Bethel
Road I. The anticipated construction start date is mid 2004 and we need to initiate the
relocation of franchise utilities. A copy of the right-of-way, slope easement, and
temporary construction easement documents for Parcel 4 were previously provided to
you. May I get an update on the status of the license agreements and temporary use
