The City appreciates the executed permanent right-of-way document for Parcel 1 of the
Bethel Road I project A check has been processed for both the right-of-way and the
temporary construction easement Please call me at 972-304-7019 to arrange a mutually
agreeable time to pick up the check We will need an executed temporary construction
easement document for Parcel 1 and a tax identification number at that time. A
temporary construction easement document was previously sent to you, however there is
a copy that can be signed and notarized here.
