RE: PROJECT SAFETY
Observation made this date -concrete truck sitting in northbound outside lane of
Denton Tap Rd. prior to 9:00 a.m. with only a flagman to direct traffic.
You have been notified by fax on several occasions as well as being given verbal
instructions related to traffic safety for both the general public and construction workers
on your project. From the pre-con meeting forwazd, we have stressed utilizing and
adhering to TMUTCD standazds and the Traffic Control Plan submitted to us for review
and comment. It is appazent that for some reason unlmown to us, you are unable to follow
these guidelines and requests. (See attached).

We respectfully request that on Friday, at 3:00 p.m. you meet with City
representatives to discuss these complaints and concerns. Please bring with you all
internal staff and any subcontractors you feel necessary to accomplish a safe working
environment on your project.
