Box 478 Coppell, Texas 750194409 RE: MacArthur Park Dear Mark, Four (4) sets of Final plans for MacArthur Park were delivered to Brad Reid late yesterday afternoon for his submittal to the various departments at the City. One of those sets was to be delivered to Engineering Services for your review, We had a number of changes to the plans since our meeting on April 18t". Brad met with the Fire Marshall, and to better accommodate his requests we ended up relocating the Concessions Building directly behind the existing Fire Station. It was our understanding that no additional fire protection would be needed on site with this revision. We also revised our domestic water service tie in location because of the relocation of the building. We were also able to get flowline elevations on the sanitary sewer manholes located along the west side of MacArthur Boulevard. We ended up running our sanitary sewer to the south side of the property as we discussed earlier. We are currently working on the utility easement required for the section of sewer running parallel to MacArthur. This was needed to maintain the nine (9') feet of separation between the existing water line and the proposed san itary sewer line. We should have that complete within the next two weeks. 1161 Corporate Drive West, Suite 200 · Arlington, Texas 76006 ° (817) 649-3216/Metro (817) 640-8218/FAX (817) 649-7645 Schrickel, Rollins and Associates, Inc. Mr. Mike Martin, P.E. April 28, 2000 Page 2 There is also a Drainage Area Map with calculations included in the plans. I know that you had requested that we recalculate the offsite drainage. After reviewing the plans I wasn't sure that this was necessary. Wearenotimpactinganyoffsitedrainageotherthan the drainage that we are directing towards the creek to the east. The 24" storm drain pipe that comes on to our property from the west is already at maximum capacity according to the development plans. As I see it, this is the worse case scenario. All the remaining drainage is coming from either the church, the fire station or on-site. Please take a look at it and let me know if you would like for me to provide you with any additional information. If you should have any questions or need any further information please do not hesitate to give me a call. Yours truly, SCHRICKEL, ROLLINS AND ASSOCIATES, INC. Chris 5chnitger, P.E.
