8.2.1 Operating tests shall be made of exposure protection

do not risk water damage to the building on which they are
installed or ro adjacent buildings.
8.3 Ciroulaling Cloled loop Syltemn. Fnr sprinkler sys-
tems with nonfirc protection connections, additional infor-
mation shalt be appended to the Contractor's Material and
Test Certificate shown in Figure 8• I (a) as follows:
(a) GertiKtation char all auxiliary devices. such as heat
pumps, circulating pumps, heat exchangers. radiators, and
luminanrs, if a parr nFthe system, have a pressure rating of

the possible modes of operation.

(e) Excegs temperature controls for shutting down the
auxiliary system have bcen properly Gcld tested.
S•4 Instructions.
8-4.1 The installSng contractor shall provide the owner
with:
{a) All lireraturcand instructions provided by the manu-
facrnrer describing proper operation and maintenance of
any equipment and devices instilled.
