Suzan,
The plans should be in good enough shape to hand out to utility compaanies. Regarding the utilities in
the vicinty of the channel, we are showing the buried telephone and fiber optic that our surveyors picked
up, but the water and sanitary sewer stops several hundred feet east of Freeport, so I'll need to have that
line work extended. As far as the utility meeting, I'd like to attend. I can answer any utility conflict
questions they have, and it will give me an opportunity to get information from them regarding their
relocations. Just let me know how many copies of the half size sets will be needed, and I'll bring them to
the meeting.

I am going to have a utility meeting on November 13, at 2:00 pm to
tliscuss our upcoming projects. Will your plans be complete enough for
me to distribute ahalf--size copy? I think that some of the utilities
may be impacted by the proposed drainage channel. Are the existing
utiitties shown on the plans in the vicinity of the channel?
Also, do you think it would be beneficial for you to attend to discuss
any known or potential utility conflicts?
