Per our meeting at the site on 09116/2003, attached is our Performance Bond for the referenced project.
At the request of the City we have modified the bond warranty duration from one (1) year to two (2) years.
The CDBG FY 2001 Coppell MHP Fire Hydrant & Water Main project shall provide fire protection on site
via three (3) new fire hydrants. This project shall remain on hold until the legal instrument for the two
water utility easements have been executed by ARC and returned to the City of Coppell for filing.
