Kimley -Horn and Associates, Inc. is pleased to re- submit plans on behalf of First Baptist Church of
Coppell. Included in this submittal for your review are two (2) full -size sets of the revised plans.
Explanations of how we revised the plans follow.
Grading Plan:
The grading plan has been revised near the eastern property line. In a meeting between the church and the
adjacent property owner, the throat elevation of the flow through curb inlet was agreed to be lowered to
498.00. In addition, new existing topographic information was obtained along the adjacent property,
because the grades had been modified by the property owner after the initial topographic survey was
prepared.
Utility Plan:
The flow through curb inlet elevations (TC, Throat, FL) were revised on the plan. The flowline of the
outlet pipe at the property line was revised to account for the revised inlet elevation.
Erosion Control Details:
Section A -A was revised to account for the updated flow through curb inlet elevations.
