First Baptist-CS031021October 21, 2003 Ms. Teresa Turner, City Engineering Coordinator Mr. Ken Griffin, City Engineer Engineering Department City of Coppell 255 Parkway Boulevard Coppell, Texas 75019 Re: Grading and Drainage Phillips Tract Hidden Valley, Coppell Dear Ms. Turner and Mr. Griffin: The purpose of this correspondence is to notify the City of Coppell of my approval for allowing the First Baptist Church of Coppell, adjacent landowner to the west of my property, the permission to install additional soil and grade beyond their new parking lot area and onto my northwestern property line to an approximate distance of fifteen feet (15 ft.) to help ease the slope condition and provide fill for this area of my property. The attached drawing better describes the location. The First Baptist Church has agreed to reconfigure their parking lot grading to drain and outflow to the Northeast corner of their parking area instead of sheet flowing as previously designed. They are installing a curb inlet at this location to collect and pipe their storm water into a below grade storm sewer system that would tie into a future system on my property. As you are aware, this was discussed and agreed with you, Bill Anderson of Dowdy Anderson, and members of the church building committee on Friday, August 15, 2003. This letter provides the requested approval that you requested. If you need anything further, please do not hesitate to contact me. Respectfully. David Phillips 453 Hidden Valley P. O.
