The agreement is in regards to the slope and drainage at the North East corner that is adjacent to the David Phillips property. The agreement is as follows: First Baptist Church will install a storm drain The slightly revised Civil Engineer drawings from our engineer, Craig Hoenes at Kimley -Horn and Associates, Inc., will be submitted to the City of Coppell, Ken Griffin, City Engineer within the next 4 5 days. When the new owner needs to work on the storm drain, we agree to give him access to our property and will cover the minimal expenses that the new owners may have for tying into the new storm drain. The City Engineer, Ken Griffin, has advised us that it should be less than $2,000. We look forward to Jim Stewart Custom Homes being our new neighbor, as they acquire the property from David Phillips. It is our desire to always act as a good neighbor. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at my office 972.455.4616 or my home 972.462.7292. We will be in contact with the city to receive their stamp of approval on the agreement.
