Dear Mr. Anderson:
This is to inform you of the agreement that was reached between David Phillips and the Building Task Force of
First Baptist Church. The agreement is in regards to the slope and drainage at the North East corner that is
adjacent to the David Phillips property.
The agreement is as follows: First Baptist Church will install a storm drain The slightly revised Civil Engineer
drawings from our engineer, Craig Hoenes at Kimley -Horn and Associates, Inc., will be submitted to the City of
Coppell, Ken Griffin, City Engineer within the next 4 5 days.
The grade proposal to meet with David Phillips' wishes will be installed. When the new owner needs to work
on the storm drain, we agree to give him access to our property and will cover the minimal expenses that the
new owners may have for tying into the new storm drain. The City Engineer, Ken Griffin, has advised us that it
should be less than $2,000. We look forward to Jim Stewart Custom Homes being our new neighbor, as they
acquire the property from David Phillips. It is our desire to always act as a good neighbor.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at my office 972.455.4616 or my home 972.462.7292.
We will be in contact with the city to receive their stamp of approval on the agreement. We are looking forward
to moving forward with our building project.
Thank you very much,

Dear Ken,
Thank you so much for the advice and council you've given me. This week you will be receiving the working
proposal scaled drawings of the traffic flow from our general contractor, Starling Richardson. You should have
the plat drawings no later than Monday, November 3. If there seems to be any problem please contact me.
David Phillips told us at the meeting last night he will forward to you a separate letter stating that he approves
the slight revisions.
