b) Lane Closure - Bethel Road will be limited to one-way westbound (from Heartz Rd, towards
Denton Tap Rd.) during construction.
c) Traffic Control Plan - public safety will be of the utmost concern during the entire construction
process. If traffic at Vanbebber Dr. and Heartz Rd. becomes a problem, then a temporary stop
sign may be placed on Heartz Rd. during construction. Notify Police, Fire, Waste Management,
Post Office, CISD in advance.
d) Damage to Irrigation Systems & Mail Boxes
e) Maintain Uninterrupted Mail Delivery
f) Final cleanup and reestablishment of vegetation shall take place in a timely manner. Grass
replacement shall be block sodding. Change Order
