Dear Mr. Lea:
Our client is proposing a single family residentail subdivision
along the Southern right -of -way line of Deforest Road, West of the
Elm Fork Trinity River. (See enclosed plan of the project with
vicinity map).
Our field investigation has determined that the property is not
located within the wetlands. We are requesting your office to
review this project and provide our office a letter stating that
a 404 Permit is not required.
