I do not believe that u need to adhere to any of the Dallas County requirement for seclion " A ", because
City is paying 100% of the total project costs, However, our participation on section "B" shall not exceed
the total amount allocated for the enlire projectThanksl!

Sandy Lake was originally going to be constructed as one project but
has been divided into "A" &" B" and the funding was based on the entire
length of roadway, Do I need to adhere to all of the Dallas County
requirements for cost participation (the charette, master agreement,
etc,) for "A" even though there is no cost participation?
