Yes, they were distributed in 05/2003 to the franchise utilities as "Plans Adequate" for utility relocation.
You are more than welcome to redistribute plans in case they overlooked something. Send comments to
me ASAP.
Does Dallas County need to file /record the executed easements, or is the City of Coppell handling that?
Please let me know.
I'll send you the revised project schedule and the bid package (# of sets ?) hopefully within 2 weeks.

I sent copies of the executed water line easements today. Since most
of the construction is within the mobile home park, have any plans been
provided to the utility companies during DC's monthly utility meetings?
I am having a utility meeting and need to know whether I should provide
plans.
