LT., Assistant City Engineer (304-3679) COMMENT STATUS: /REVISED 1) Provide right -of -way clips at all street intersections for handicap ramps. 2) Need detail of common medians and note to be maintained by Homeowners Association. 3) After reviewing the construction plans, a 25' utility drainage easement is necessary in order to construct the 60" R.C.P. and the 8" sanitary sewer line between lots 10 & 11 Blk A. This is an informational comment and should have no bearing on the approval of the plat. 1) Impact fees will be required.
