Dear Ms. Boney:
An inspection of the referenced project has been conducted by representatives of the City of Coppell at
the request of the new owner. Repairs to be done under the two -year Maintenance Bond include the
following items:
1. A leak in the water service main in the 500 block of Colonial Drive.
2. A possible leak in the fire hydrant near that location.

project to correct the deficiencies.
