Dear Mr. Odom:
Per our discussions today you will begin working from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., with two
northbound lanes of Denton Tap Road closed in the following proposed phases, weather
permitting:
Monday. November 17 Sawcut pavement
Tuesday. November 18 Demolition and Excavation
Wednesday. November 19 Form sanitary sewer manhole (contact the Public Works
Department at 972- 462 -5155 for sanitary sewer flow information. Provide Larry Davis
with your plans for redirecting the flow during construction of the manhole).
Thursday, November 20 Pour sanitary sewer manhole
Monday, November 24 Remove forms, raise manhole, and backfill (with flowable fill
Tuesday. Novemberj5 .Sawcut and pour pavement slab using TxDOT Type K concrete
mix (contact Al Aramoon from TxDOT at 214- 320 -6191 for details and provide Larry
Davis with a copy of the mix design).
V In addition to the above, the following items were discussed:
1. You have agreed to hire off -duty police officers to direct and divert First Baptist
Church traffic as needed. Please contact the church and obtain a schedule of services
and special or holiday related events.
2. Because one of the narrow northern driveways will be demolished and rebuilt, you
have agreed to place signs, facing internal to the property, indicating that the
remaining narrow driveway is for entering vehicles only (see attached exhibit). This
