This letter is to request that we be permitted to construct a inside drop manhole instead a
outside drop for the connection in Denton Tap Rd. We are making this request for safety and
logistical concerns due to the confined area inside our work box. This is based on constructing
a four foot manhole, if a five foot manhole is required our problem is compounded. All
hardware (clamps, bolts, nuts etc.) used for the inside drop will be stainless steel.
Please forward this request to Mr. Davis for his comments and/or approval.
