1. Vault must be dry to inspect
2. Paint vault lid blue; domestic and irrigation lids blue
3. Drainage around vaults at least 3" from top
4. Curb stop on irrigation needs cap (Freeport)
5. All DC's need test paperwork
6. Uncover and bring to grade FH valve on Freeport, next to vault
7. Mark IRRG in blue on curb
8. Brass plug on irrigation; test ball valves for domestic and irrigation
9. Vault needs brass plugs: large and small, four each for two vaults
10. Need blue street buttons on all FH
11. Mark FHV in red and MLV in blue on curb (south of building at fire lane, no parking
lane)
12. Letter from landscaper that valves and manholes will not be covered
13. Paint MLV in blue on curb on south side of building and paint lid blue
14. FH south of building needs lid painted red and mark FHV in red on curb
15. Paint FHV in red on curb and paint valve stack lid red: water 1' FH from old line
16. FH south of building: test psi; cannot test meter on FH
17. 2 11d FH off old line: paint lid red and change lettering from MLV to FHV (red paint)
18. 3 FH off old water line: paint FHV in red on curb

20. Missing 1" fire hydrant valve northeast of building, off Ruby Road
21. Change markings on curb from MLV ro FHV (red) for 2 northeast on Ruby and paint

22. Irrigation missing DC on Ruby, next to vault
23. Vault valve on Ruby needs pad
24. Mark DOM and IRRG in blue on curb at water services
25. FDC needs locking caps and paint red
26. Change markings on curb from MLV to FHV and paint valve lid red next to FDC City

27. Change marking on 1 FH west of FDC to FHV and paint lid red
28. Change markings on 2 FH west of FDC to FHV and paint lid red
29. 2 FH west of FDC: repaint FH yellow and repair cap
30. 3` FH: change marking on curb to FHV (red) and paint lid red
31. Replace chains on FH caps
32. Need plug in sewer cleanout north of building and paint lid red: 8" sewer line
33. Mark MH on curb in red for manhole west of Coppell Road
34. Replace pipe on clean -out west of building to Freeport; not ready for inspection, pipe
35. Uncover valve in sidewalk next to vault for FH and replace lid on Ruby Road

PAVING
1. Clean and seal all joints in approaches and curbs.
2. Clean and repair gouges in approaches.
3. Remove nails embedded in approach.
4. Back fill sidewalk.
5. Remove zip strip and seal sidewalk.
6. Clean dirt off sidewalk so it can be inspected.
7. Replace broken panel of sidewalk.
