Suzan,
I just wanted to touch base with you on the Bethel Road II project. Did
we get the information to Ken in time to get the project on November's
City Council meeting or will it be on the December meeting? Also, I was
wanting to make sure that you & Ken have all the information from us at
this juncture, that you have asked for. If not, let me know and I will
do my best to get it to you asap. Lastly, Tricia has a conference that
she will be attending next Thursday and Friday (Nov.20&21 )that she will
be unavailable for our standing monthly meeting. With the following
Thursday being Thanksgiving, do you feel comfortable holding off on
having our monthly meeting until December? If you feel otherwise, let
me know & we can schedule something sooner.
