Dear Mr. Barrera:
Attached is an 80% complete set of plans for Bethel Road, from the west City limits to
Freeport Parkway. It has been determined that Comcast was never contacted or sent any
plans during the earlier design phases of the project. Please send me the location of any
facilities that you have within the project limits and 1 will forward the information to the
design engineer for the project. The City is in the process of acquiring the right-of-way
for the project. 1 have also enclosed the information presented during our recent utility
meeting.
