As per your request, attached are the right-of-way acquisition, plan
profile, and cross-section sheets in the vicinity of your property. These
are preliminary plans. They do not indicate that any additional right-of-
way is required from your property, There is a retaining wall on both
sides of the roadway; I had told Jennifer that a retaining wall was on the
left side only, The fist section of Sandy Lake Road (SH 121 to Coppell
Road N.) is scheduled for construction in June 2004. The second
section of Sandy Lake Road (Coppell Road N, to Denton Tap) is
scheduled for construction in June 2007. Please let me know if you
