At the December 12, 1995 council meeting, City Council approved the conceptual plans for
North Denton Tap Road from Cottonwood Creek to the north city limits as presented.
Therefore, according to the terms of our contract, this letter is your official notification to
proceed with the design of the preliminary plans.
