PD149-SF-7 (Planned Development 149, Single Family-7) by amending the
planned development conditions as they apply to Lot 33, Block N, to permit a
reduction in the side fence setback line from 15 feet to 5 feet from a street
right-of-way, for property located at 518 Waterview Drive, at the request of
James Hu and LingLing Zhang.
