Preliminary Plat Comments:
1. Permission will be required from Lone Star Gas to extend the street over their
easement.
2. Any access to the state highway will also require TxDOT approval.
3. The correct visibility easement should be shown. This could affect placement of walls
and landscaping.
4. The center median of the round about should be circular. The actual layout and
details will be approved during the plan review.
