Even without the free right turn lane, the proposed curb encroaches on the existing ROW at the NE corner by about 3 feet
(see attached exhibit). The corner clip we currently have shown is 30 feet. I sketched a 30 ft corner clip on the Freeze &
Nichols exhibit, and it does not appear to get closer than about 7 ft to the ground lights in front of the Duke wall. We have
some of Freeze & Nichols sun/ey file, so I'll see if we can drop the duke landscaping & wall into our exhibit.
