We have received your correspondence of April 2, 1984.
Our attorneys have reviewed the contracts as they reference
street and utility access to your property. They have advised
us that the plans we discussed at our March 12, 1984 meeting
meet any contract obligations which might exist. We would
be most pleased to meet with you at your earliest convenience
to discuss these matters further and attempt to resolve, in a
cooperative spirit, any problems you feel may be caused. We,
in no way, are attempting to isolate you or Mr. Burns, your
neighbor, and do intend to provide paved access to both of your
properties.
Since there is construction equipment at the site, we are pre-
pared to assist you with the leveling of some fill at your pro-
posed house pad and to provide graveling of the access road to
your proposed house pad. As you may recall, we were prepared
to begin this ~ork at our meeting of March 12, 1984, but you
requested to have us delay until your further notification.
Please call me at 934-1234 so that we can schedule a meeting
at the site and get details of how the project should be com-
pleted.
Triland is available to assist you with whatever your future or
proposed intended use of your property may be.
