Revised Paving Plans
Dear Mr. Griffin:
Attached for your review and approval is one set of revised paving plans and cross-sections for
the subject project. This set addresses both the City's paving grade comments from September
1, 1995, and the County's review comments from September 8, 1995, and October 17, 1995.
Please note the following items:
· Construction of upgraded traffic signals may be included in this project at the request
of the City. The City must provide the plans, details and specifications.
· Conduits may also be included in this project at the request of the City. The City
must provide the locations, sizes and any details and specifications necessary for
inclusion in the plan set and bid package.
· Right-of-way and easement dimensions will be detailed on the right-of-way plans. The
consultant will prepare these plans with the drainage plans.
The preliminary paving grades must be approved by the City of Coppell before the Consultant
will be directed to begin the drainage plan and right-of-way plan preparation. You may call me
