RE: Belt Line Road Project ST 93-04
Dear Ms. Brim:
At the September 10, 1996 City Council meeting, there was discussion concerning the
construction of Belt Line Road and Sandy Lake Road. After discussion, it was determined that
the City Council would have no problem with Belt Line Road being constructed before Sandy
Lake Road. I am unsure if there is right-of-way to be acquired for the construction of Belt Line
Road, but if so, the City would appreciate having the documents provided as soon as possible
so that we can begin the process of acquiring any necessary right-of-way.
Again, Council is in support of moving ahead with the construction of Belt Line Road
construction. If you should have any questions please feel free to contact this office at your
