Accessibility Specialist (RAS) must obtain owner authorization before performing the State
required T.D.L.R. Accessibility Inspection. We would like to schedule the inspection on
Thursday, December 11, 2003 at approximately 10:00 am.
Your amhitect, Pacheco Koch Consulting Engineers, has prepaid the T.D.L.R. Inspection for
the above-mentioned project, however we must have your wdtten authorization in order to
