We had previously sent you a letter regarding the above referenced project.
Attached is a letter that we received from Triland requesting specific
variances and addressing the items we had drawn attention to.
An additional item that needs addressing is the type of edging around the
water surface of the lakes.
It is our recommendation that this item be placed on the P & Z Agenda.
Upon resolution of these variances, we will review final plans based on
variances granted by the P & Z and the City Council.
