remain in satisfactory condition, ff there are outstanding maintenance issues, please
allow sufficient time to notify contractor of deficiencies before the bond expires.
Note to file: Repair work has been done by McMahon Contracting under the
terms of the maintenance bond; however, the repairs have not been completed
per letter sent 12/15/03.
