Subject: fire hydrant 545 Hunters Ridge
Jim,
I met with Mr. La Barbara in the field today to discuss the fire hydrant location. He understood that the fire
hydrant was needed for safety reasons so our conversation revolved around the location of the hydrant. I
have agreed to relocate the hydrant closer to Hunters Ridge. This is a fairly minor adjustment, The
hydrant will remain on his property and we can still use the existing tap and valve. The additional cost
would be an elbow fitting, about 20 feet of 6" pipe and the actual moving of the existing hydrant. I should
have the cost next week.
