Dear Sir,
With the upcoming construction of a water line along Meadowcreek and Rolling
Hill; could you possible consider doing some improvement to a sewer drain/man
hole on the corner of Arborbrook and Meadowcreek?
This has been an ongoing problem for at least twenty-five years. When rains are
heavy the water washes away the soil and creates deeper crevices. There are about
ten small children living near this intersection. ! am afraid accidents can happen.
Would you please keep this letter on file in case of such accidents? I would like
to be released of any and all liability concerning this sewer problem.
I have brought this matter to your department's attention several times in the past.
I feel this could be a good time to resolve this matter while other construction is
under going at this sight.
