Mylar revisions, MacArthur at Belt Line - Project 10
Dear Ms. Mathew:
Attached please find the revised mylar sheets for the above project and intersection. USA Engineering
completed these plan revisions due to your Pre-Austin review comments. Plan sheet 7 was revised to
reflect your current SW3P format and sheet 26 iucorporated the revisions as per the E-Mail dated
September 4, 2003. In addition, the signal sheet was revised to reflect the type A ground box quantities
to I and type C to 4.
Please insert these revised sheets into the plan set that were previously sent to your office and destroy the
replaced sheets. If you have any questions or concerns, please call me at this office at 214-653-7460 or

P #10 - Signal Layout Sheet to be sealed & signed
Hi Craig,
Attached please find a revised copy of the signal sheet to be sealed and signed by the design engineer
and send to us in mylar ASAP. However the sheet originally was only sealed but not signed and we also
had to make the following changes to the signal sheet:
First: added one extra ground box type C to the table under item 624.
Second: Added ground box B-5 to note #2
Third: Remove the words USING, EXISTING WIRE from note #9
