On Sunday, October 27, 1996, the sewer main on Willow Springs had a sewer stoppage.
Chuck Hancock and Ted Dutt came out and worked on the stoppage for several homes.
The iet .:ruck was used to unstop the sewer main and during this process, the jet truck forced
waste water '.:nto several homes. The homes affected by the stoppage are 256-260 and 300-
331 but not ail of these addresses had damage. On October 28, 1996, two other stoppages
occurred. The first one was tree roots and the second one was a grease log.
It is the C:tw's actions that caused the sewer to be jetted into these houses due to the fact that
the ma/n had to be unstopped.
