Drainage Problem- Mr. McInnish
(North of DeForest Road)
As per your ~equest, I called Mr. McInnish on April 24, 1990, and
left a message for him. I also contacted our Consultant Albert
Halff and Associates and provided the above drainage complaint
location to Jean Hansen to be added to her related compiled list.
As per my conversation with Per Birdsall, he indicated that he has
visited the site and has communicated with Mr. McInnish, therefore,
there would be no need to visit the site again (too far back and
to difficult to walk back to visit ...etc.). Per also indicated
that he had sent a letter to Mr. McInnish regarding the proposed
subdivision south of DeForest Road, Village of Coppell III and that
staff had made conunents regarding the drainage improvement
necessary on this site to accommodate for off and on-site drainage
...etc.
As result of above discussion with Per, I called Mr. McInnish and
informed him of the May 8, 1990. City Council meeting, since
Villages of Coppell Phase III, Preliminary Plat will be on the City
Council agenda and he said he would attend this meeting.
