for the above referenced project. In place tests were
taken for density and moisture content in a fill area
east of Allen Street (proposed) and South Sandy Lake
Road (existing). Test results and locations shown on
page 2 and 3 of this report.
An area of existing natural soil shows to have natural
water seepage at approximately Sta. location 8+10 west
and 2+00 south.
Samples were taken to SwL-Dallas for moisture/density
relationship tests.

As requested by Southwestern Contracting Company, full time
inspection services were furnished for the project referenced
Woodridge Phase III, for soil fill and moisture density con-
trol.
Attached density locations and test results were taken this
date by request of Mr. Don Benette of Southwestern Contracting
Company.
Densities #1, #2 and #3 on page 4 were in an area of land fill
performed by a previous contractor and test results reported
on SwL Dallas Lab. #D-9663 dated 4/8/81. This area showed
to be suitable for dumping and an additional lift was laid and
compacted by Southwestern Contracting. Test locations and re-
sults reported on page 3 6f 5 of this report.
Additional test locations and results reported on page 4 of 5
tests #4 through 8 and page 5 of 5 tests #1 through 4 were re-
quested by Mr. Don Benette of Southwestern Contracting and Mr.
Stephen Crim of L & N Land Corporation and Mr. Don Tipton of
Don Tipton, Inc., Consulting Engineers, 13600 LBJ Freeway,
