Flood Plain
Dear Mr. Elium:
As per your letter dated January 19, 1981, we have proceeded with the
filling of the flood plain on the subject project to date completing that
portion designated by the zoning classifications of multi-family and re-
tail. This process of filling was performed by Southwestern Contracting
Co. and monitored by both our firm and Southwestern Laboratories. Copies
of the lab reports indicating that the F.H.A. standard density of 95% was
met or exceeded in all tests are included for your perusal and files.
I therefore attest that all filling in the subject flood plain was conduc-
ted to current city standards.
If you are in accordance with these findings I respectfully request your
consideration by executing this document in the allotted space below.
